



THE Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange (DSE) has recorded a turnover of 6.65m/- from 3,845 shares traded in 12 deals. In the previous session a total of 21,707 shares worth 37.93m/ were traded in 23 deals.
TWIGA counter had 1,000 shares traded at 1,640/- per share in 3 deals while TBL counter had 145 shares traded at 1,760m/- per share in 8 deals. SIMBA counter had 2,700 shares traded at 1,760m/- per share in 1 deal.
At the close of the session, CRDB counter had 9,436,800 shares on offer at a price ranging from 157.50m/- to 175/- per share. NMB counter had 274,500 shares on offer at 830/- per share.
The DCB counter had 298,600 shares on offer at 315/-, 320/- and 350/- per share. The TBL counter had 19,600 shares on bid at 1,740/- per share and 424,100 shares on offer at 1,760/- and 1,800/- per share while SIMBA counter had 22,600 shares on offer at 1,820/- and 1,760/- per share.

Meanwhile, on the bonds board a 10.08 per cent seven-year government bond with a face value of 1.83bn/- was traded in a single deal at 90.1041 per cent and 7.82 per cent two-year government bond was traded in a single deal at 97.6891 per cent.
